The website worked well. I followed up with Martin Tate – My-Surve. As far as I am aware, the report appears to be comprehensive the proof will be if any issues emerge subsequently that were not picked up! The service in terms of communication and information was very good, I felt it was a personal service and that we were dealing with a friendly but professional company. The time taken to carry out the survey and the report was also very good.

Website operated satisfactorily when requesting estimates. Placed an order with Martin Tate. The work was carried out very quickly by Martin Tate. Excellent service, cost effective and would recommended him. Very detailed and willing to give advice.
If I need another survey I would use Martin Tate again.

Promptness of response : Very prompt and detailed responses with good communication. He was willing to speak out of hours by mobile ‘phone.
