Website was very responsive, with several quotes quickly provided, followed by a few telephone contacts. Order was placed with My-Surve who responded quickly. Work was satisfactorily carried out the following week, followed up by a telephone summary, emailed results and printed survey results. I found My-Surve to be extremely professional, quickly responding to both communications and carrying out the work required.
