RICS Home Survey – Level 2

RICS HomeBuyer Report  is a concise, descriptive report suitable for most homes – generally those built after 1900

The report colour codes the condition of property and shows  defects which need attention. A valuation is included.

RICS – Level 3
building survey

RICS Building Survey is a comprehensive, tailored report with optional valuation, including a structural survey of visual and potential problems. Designed for large, older or unique properties.
